Jaynic is appointed by Mid-Suffolk Council on its Gateway 14 site at Stowmarket to manage the development of up to 2.36m sq ft of business, innovation and logistics space including a 1.17m sq ft distribution hub for The Range, subject to planning.

Recent residential land promotion projects include planning permissions secured for a 125-home scheme at Red Lodge on the A11, sold to Barratt Eastern Counties, permission on appeal for up to 155 homes in Haverhill, sold to Taylor Wimpey (East Anglia) and the sale of a 183-dwelling site at Seaford in East Sussex to Bellway Homes.
